Clearing

When you apply to a course you will usually get a ‘conditional offer’ based on your predicted grades. However, if you don’t get the required grades for your conditional offer, there are still options available to you. UCAS also provides a ‘clearing’ procedure that helps you find a similar course at another university.

Course vacancies in Clearing are usually published Course vacancies from mid-August until late-September every year.
