Connexions Direct

Next Step: Telephone Helpline – The National Careers Service will launch in April 2012. This will be a single point of access for young people and adults.

From 12 September 2011 the telephone helpline numbers both for young people (currently known as Connexions Direct) and adults will come under the Next Step service number 0800 100 900. You can find out more information on the new service by visiting the Next Step website and Directgov website.

The jobs4u database within Connexions Direct is no longer being updated. However, current career profiles can still be found in Next Step.
